The center boasts multidisciplinary teams consisting of chemists, flavorists, materials scientists, and consumer behavior experts. Chemists focus on formulating new nicotine - delivery systems, optimizing the chemical composition of the pouches to ensure consistent nicotine release and stability. Materials scientists work on developing innovative pouch materials that are both functional and sustainable, while consumer behavior experts and flavorists conduct research to understand user preferences, enabling the creation of flavors that resonate with the target market.
We are at the forefront of several key research areas. One of our major focuses is on new fleece fabrics. By researching and developing novel processing methods, we strive to obtain smooth fleece material, enhancing the overall in-mouth experience of our nicotine pouches. Additionally, we invest significant resources in flavor research. This involves exploring natural and synthetic flavor compounds, as well as understanding how different flavors interact with nicotine to create unique and appealing taste profiles. Another important area of research is the development of nicotine - release mechanisms. NIOO test center is a specialized facility dedicated to ensuring the safety, quality, and performance of all oral nicotine products. It serves as a critical checkpoint in the production process, guaranteeing that every nicotine product that leaves our factory meets strict regulatory requirements and the highest standards of consumer satisfaction.
Equipped with cutting – edge testing instruments, our test center is fully capable of conducting a wide range of analyses. High – performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) machines are used to accurately measure the nicotine content and other chemical components in the pouches. Gas chromatography – mass spectrometry (GC – MS) systems help identify any potential impurities or contaminants, ensuring the purity of the product. In addition, advanced sensory evaluation tools are employed to assess factors such as flavor intensity, texture, and aroma, allowing us to fine – tune the product to meet consumer preferences.
